Become a Parishioner

We are glad to have you joining us for Mass whether you are just traveling through the area, or because you have recently moved here. We are happy you chose us and would be blessed if you decide to become a registered parishioner and join our church family!

 

If you are interested in registering, you can download a registration for at the link below or stop by the table in the back of church and pick one up.  You can email the completed form to icsjparish@icsj.org, mail it in, or stop by our Parish Office at 747 Osage St. Our officer hours are 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00 PM).
